Thought we would skip the box store this time, and try a local business, even tho they charge for the installation, 3 weeks in we are still getting the run around about where our product is, even tho they charged our card 2 weeks ago.....hope it gets better.

Great price on the set of appliances we purchased for our home. However the microwave was missing a piece for the turntable and I have contacted Chavis about it several times. It has been over a month since our appliances were installed and and we still have not received the part. I have called and left a message for Jamie a few times and she has not returned my call. Not much help after the sale. I just ordered the part myself and it will be here in two days. This is the second set of appliances that we have purchased from Chavis and Im sure that if/when we need more we will return because of the price cant be beat anywhere in Mobile. Toby with Bay Electric was contracted by Chavis to do the installation and he did a great job. He took care not to scratch or dent anything and placed covering on the floors to not scratch them, cleaned up after himself and hauled off the boxes.
Bought Rest a Mattress set, it sunk in , Chavis would 'Not'stand behind the warranty to replace it.I contacted Serta, they told me that the Store I bought it from ,was responsible for the warranty.We had Always purchased, appliances and furniture from Chavis, but after them "not standing by that replacement warranty on the name brand matters set, I decided I would never go there again.Since that time I shopped at another furniture store in Saraland, where I purchased several items, including a "Real Leather reclining couch, that I was very satisfied with, the guy at this store explained to me that a store could sell you a piece of leather furniture that was only like28% leather ,and "get by with" selling you real leather furniture,well ,that's exactly what,Chablis had done to us, with 2 recliners.I now have a real leather couch that really puts my 2 recliners to shame.I would not recommend "Chavis Furniture" to anyone, from now on.
Very satisfied with the service would buy a Generator again if it was necessary
